Instead the skip represents renewal and 'renovation' in this pink-terraced urban house. She includes quirky detail, such as the graffiti on the side of the skip and the couple ' perhaps mother and daughter ' embracing in the doorway. In this way she draws us in to her story. She always gives us enough to keep us interested and her skill in composition creates self-contained and satisfying contemporary works of art.
